Had bad luck with other retailers of 3D printers, getting many smashed and bent machines. Additive X were incredibly helpful and reassuring that I wouldn't have this issue with them.
I ordered the printer and they checked multiple times if I was content with the delivery date and offered to expedite it due to me probably being excited to receive it.
All in all, a genuine, fantastic group of people who seem to genuinely care about you as a customer rather than moving stock out the door.
