Could not have been in better hands, nice and friendly, very fast service. A firmware update from Bambu Labs was released 2 days later caused problems, that no one foresaw. With one phoncall I received a new printer the next day. But it took a couple of days for Bambu Labs to release another firmware update to fix the problem. Full marks to Additive-X for helping to resolve a problem that was not theirs.
