Made a purchase for xmas, then heard nothing whilst expecting a dispatch. I rang up a week later, when it should have arrived by, and the customer services rep was puzzled as to why it hadn't been sent.
Item arrived late but was correct, but no idea how this slipped through - certainly shouldn't be on the customer to chase up something as fundamental as delivering the product that's been paid for
