Frames are nice and arrived beautifully boxed (for the most part - one box was smashed and not presentable). Photo printing however is of poor quality and website user experience is poor. One of my photos was printed upside down and I struggled to get the photo out to turn it (appeared that the frame body was broken when the photo was inserted originally wedging part of it practically unmoveable). Despite multiple emails to customer service there was no response except for an email to write a review. Poor experience overall for the price and will not purchase again as there are many sites that sell these kind of products.
