We bought the hanna II swing, I was a bit nervous buying online from a company I wasn't familiar with but everything has been excellent. You are kept up to date on despatch and delivery times by email and get a specific timeslot for the day of delivery so you don't have to hang about the entire day.The swing itself is superb, very sturdy and very good quality. You do need tools and a bit of know how to put it together. It took my daughter's Grandpa about two afternoons to put up. I think this swing will last years and would buy from Activity Toys again.
