Only gets 1 star because you can't give zero. The most appalling level of 'customer service' - waiting 7 or 8 days for a response every time you ask a question, no telephone service (you are just referred to the website), live chat closed most of the time. It becomes impossible to use the voucher or plan anything. Still no further forward, trying to contact venues direct now to see if they will honour vouchers.
DO NOT USE THE (LACK OF) ACTIVITY SUPERSTORE, THEY ARE A SHAMBOLIC WASTE OF TIME!
