Their customer service is faultless. We needed to contact them numerous times whilst attempting to book our 2 night stay, but their replies were quickly received and very helpful.
Once booked, we had an amazing stay at The Rugged Cot, and a delicious afternoon tea the weekend after in Glastonbury.
