My Son gave us a 2 Night Getaway with Afternoon Tea which he had purchased in a Store. So when I tried to activate it they required a receipt which my Son no longer had. I Emailed Customer Service which were so helpful and asked me to send a copy of the purchase on my Son's bank statement. Which between us we managed to do. If purchasing from a store always keep the receipt. Customer Service was excellant and the booking process easy.
