I ordered a blazer paid£129.95, did not receive confirming order, nor delivery address and delivery date. Website says delivery within 48 hrs unless special fast delivery. After 2 days no delivery, sent email . Customer services advised 2 week delay in delivery. I sent email instructing to cancel and refund, as I needed the garment for a function in 2 days time. Since 10 /10 I have been asking for my money back on Fri 13/10 garment arrives from different company Brooke’s Travern. Returned garment Sat 14/10/23 and since hassling for my money back. Active sent me a return slip with all details now after 5 emails each requesting confirmation order No which I never received. Stay away from this Company very poor customer service.
