STILL WAITING FOR MY £149.90 REFUND FOR OVER A MONTH, WITH NO RESPONSE I have made 3 orders from in a short space of time with Activewear and wish I had used another supplier. The website looks very professional and sucks you in but please be warned that they have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at all. The first order was returned as the item wasn't quite what I was expecting, which is no fault of theirs. But this was returned over a month ago, in accordance with their returns policy and was signed for on receipt. I haven't heard from them since and am still waiting for the £149.90 refund. I have emailed and not even received an acknowledgement. The second order was great. The third order had an item missing, and I am still awaiting a response to my emails. In hindsight I wish I had seen the reviews on this website before ordering from them as I would have been very wary of placing the orders in the first place. Plus I made the orders in a short space of time which explains why I didn't expect the refund before the receipt of the 3rd order. I should have known better. STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT TO AVOID DISSAPOINTMENT!!!!!!
