Delivery was prompt and film packed well. Although a couple of minor creases which I noticed after unreeling but disappeared after application. I am a 68 yr old female and following their instructions provided (along with a few 'You Tube' tutorials) I managed to position the film on my patio doors without help from anybody else. Very pleased with the finished result and wouldn't hesitate to buy again from Active Windows. 👍👍👍
