Although there was an initial error with the order, Zara was very polite, helpful and quick in putting this right. The window film itself is very good quality and easy to work with. I live in an apartment with patio doors out onto a balcony and the sun can be very bright meaning closed curtains on a lovely day. This film has reduced the glare perfectly meaning I get my lovely view back. Too early to tell yet but I'm hoping in the height of summer this will also reduce the heat. Very pleased with the product and a huge thanks to Zara for her help! Hopefully the photo shows how much the glare is reduced.
