Brilliant, always positive, and a friendly warm person, Cordula managed to recover more than I thought was possible. Despite being told no three times, once by the company who swindled me, then the FCA initially said they could not investigate, Cord told them they could. The FSCS also originally said they could not investigate, again Cord persuaded them that they should. Throughout, Cordula kept battling confident in her knowledge and ability.
