Cord is fantastic, prompt replies, great explanations. I was so distressed when I contacted her because I had no response of the Trustee SIPP my sister had left me after her death and as I am a French resident, I was even more worried. I have been trying for 5 months without success to have a response from them and as soon as Cord took care of my case I got contacted by the trustee in a week. I definitely recommend ACL highly . It is a pleasure to see people so professional and helpful, it is becoming rare nowadays. Thanks again 😊
