i had a a major problem with Portafina Financial in as much that all the investments they made for me became illiquid, having been in touch with them it became apparent i was getting nothing back other than misinformation so i then went through to the Financial Ombudsman who looked at the case but were not very helpful and because of this i decided i had to look for a reputable claims company and on checking through the internet i was fortunate to find ACL who had super reviews i was contacted by Cordula who i was really impressed with from the first conversation we had and although i was a little sceptic that the claim was running out of time Cord and her team were superb at putting all the information together and i was informed all the way through the process at where we were at which was really good until it was finally resolved which seemed a long time but Cord and her team cracked on tenaciously and got a result for which i am extremely grateful. i would recommend ACL to anyone who is looking for help on their claims because they really are a caring and helpful company who get results.
