ACL and Cordula are the best thing that has happened to me this year and I was so fortunate to have googled them choosing them above other Financial Claim companies. I really cannot praise Cordula and her team high enough. Please, please do not hesitate in contacting them if you've been scammed or lost your money in other ways and don't put things off like I did. The first time I spoke to Cordula she made me feel totally at ease, she listened to me and I felt as if she really put herself into my shoes. She totally understood the angst and upset I was going through at losing everything saying I wasn't alone and my story was similar to many others out there. I had been cold called by a representative from Consumer Money Matters just over twelve years ago giving details of The Resort Group and then invested in a SIPP through CIB which later became RealSipp and then Rowanmoor. I felt so stupid, ashamed and angry when I realised I'd been scammed and felt totally used as, not understanding the financial world they came from, I had put my trust in them. To be honest I found everything so overwhelming that I buried my head in the sand for years, pretending it would all go away until I realised all of my money had gone and I was still liable for lifetime fees. About 18 months ago I went to an independent financial advisor who took a long time investigating the companies and then said it could take years to get my money which was not guaranteed. In April this year, 2023 I decided to try a claim company and found ACL who were so professional from the start. Cordula straight away explained the process of how the investments worked in terms that I understood and said she was optimistic I could get my money back and probably within the year. Her knowledge is second to none and I immediately knew then I wanted her to deal with the FCSC on my behalf. With ACL charging only 12.5% much lower than the 20 to 25% I'd seen with other firms it was a 'no brainer' and I did not hesitate to go with them. Just five months after contacting ACL I received the full amount of money I had put in plus the extra of what its value would be today. I wish there were more people in this world like Cordula who genuinely wants to help folk like myself who have been ripped off.
