I cannot praise ACL too highly. Cord is amazing. When I first spoke to her I was stressed, ashamed of myself for being conned and faced with losing my pension savings. It was hard to trust a stranger at the other end of the phone but I am so glad I did. She took on Insight who had persuaded me to invest in Cape Verde with the Resort Group and beat them! She won the case she put to the Ombudsman and kept on at Insight when they didn’t pay up. Eventually she threatened them with the bailiffs and I have received the full settlement. Cord understood the emotion involved as well as the financial loss and is always positive and resourceful. I am so grateful to ACL and so glad I trusted Cord.
