I can’t believe we have had a payment through the FSCS but I had faith in what we knew was injustice with my investments. After three and a half years ACL were successful in getting a financial settlement . We had to include bailiffs as portofina would not pay me but with the tenacity of Cordula and the team at ACL they had to pay me my investment , interest , and compensation . Without the help of Cordula and ACL I am sure I would never have received any money I am more than pleased with the payout and am more than happy to pay the invoice that has been sent for all the hard work that they have done. . I would recommend to anyone to use this service because they never give up until we got a positive result . I am currently giving feedback to the FSCS for all they have done too .
