This dealership is the worse dealership…EVER. AVOID!!! This dealership is the worse dealership I have ever encountered. From being pushed and rushed into a decision and then being told they had read my credit file. I am fuming that this is allowed to happen, and I suppose this is what you get when you try to move away from a main dealership experience, you get treated like this. Richard the salesperson was fine until there were questions being asked about what finance companies they used, then he turned and got snotty telling me he’s viewed my credit file as it was shared with him by the finance company. This is a break in confidentiality and data protection. Avoid this dealership at all costs if you want to keep your information private.
