Incorrect item received. Contacted the store who said they would provide label for return. Label arrived at 5pm one 10th October stating item must be posted by end of 10th October. Contacted store to raise concerns that all post offices would be shut at this time. Staff member seemed disinterested and advised that the time (worth £100) be put in the post box. Almost 2 weeks on and unsurprising have not yet received a refund. Not particularly impressed. Unlikely to use this store again.
