Good customer service. Product arrived promptly. But ordering online I got a message from Ackerman saying the order hadn’t gone through as there was a problem but didn’t tell me what. PayPal told me the money had been sent. I called Ackerman the next morning and it was all dealt with efficiently and I received my order.
