My wife wished to borrow my daughter's Yamaha 8310Z trumpet to use in a play she is in but unfortunately this has not been played for quite some time (daughter plays cello mainly) and the valves were firmly stuck! I wanted to get the proper oil for this quite expensive trumpet and Ackerman provided the correct oil and incredibly quickly. This was just as well as my wife really plays the saxophone and it took a good few days for her ability to make a noise that sounded acceptable to develop. Thank you Ackerman!
