Overall I’m happy with Ackerman’s service although had a few minor issues. Their packaging although sufficient to protect the contents was just paper and bubblewrap, the paper was ripped in multiple places on arrival and the amount of tape and babble wrap made it difficult to recycle what I could. In addition I ordered some Yamaha slide oil, from the website it was the old style bottle which was the reason I went to Ackerman’s as I preferred that style, unfortunately it was the new style that arrived. There was no explanation to say this is what had been done, so a little irritating!
