I will change my review as soon as the company answers me. I've tried the support email, and the chat, but nothing so far.
I ordered a full system on August 21st and paid for expedited delivery. On the website, it states it would take from 3 to 6 days. Yesterday around 5 am, I got an email saying the order 2880/200822/75 has been updated to DISPATCHED (IN FULL). In the same email it states that the carrier would send me a tracking number when the labels has been created. Today is Thursday, 1:20 pm, and I still do not have that. The contractor is coming on Saturday to start the job and we do not have the material.
Please confirm the order will be delivered by the end of the day tomorrow. You have charged extra for fast delivery.
