For the price I thought that the products would come packaged better. There is an option to add personalised packaging but thought it would atleast come in a decent necklace/bracelet box. No one wants to give a gift in a cardboard sleeve that looks like it’s from Claire’s accessories. I think the products would look much better and higher quality if packaged nicely. Maybe I’m being fussy, but gifting a £100 necklace you better believe I want that in a nice box!! Also purchased an initial birthstone set, and it all comes separate - again for the price you don’t expect to have to make it look pretty before you gift it either!
