It was a real pleasure dealing with Abbey Scrap Cars. They came recommended, but that doesn't mean much these days. BUT, even over the May Bank Holiday, I received an acknowlegement of my deal, and first thing the day after the holiday, Abbey emailed to fix a time the same day for collection. I had another email saying what time they would call. The loader came right on time. Loading was difficult because of the position of my car, but completed in about 15 minutes. Signed off and left; positive and helpful driver, and the Company dealt with all paperwork. Within 30 minutes of leaving I had payment direct to my bank. Absolutely excellent.
