Very smooth process throughout. Was disposing of car for a relative. Office staff were helpful and informative. Collection driver was friendly arrived at time notified and knew what he was doing. Loading was complete in a matter of minutes. Valuation quoted is what you get. Would recommend to anyone. This is second time I've used Abbey Scrap Cars and have been very impressed both times.
