This company did what they said they were going to ie. they said they would collect my car @8am on Tuesday, 3 May 2023. The driver phoned me at 7:30 to say he was just leaving Cinderford, he phoned me again when he was a few minutes away from my house. This enabled me to go and wait on the roadside so that he knew where my car was. I had trouble opening the bonnet to start my car, the driver managed to do this for me, he then started my car with his jump leads and drove it onto the lorry. I was sad to see my little car go but there has to be a limit as to how much I spent on it. I had the destruction certificate in my email box within an hour. All in all, good service. The only thing is I would have liked a bit more money for the car but I expect they have their limit as to what they can pay.
