Well I am impressed. Everything happened just as described and everyone I dealt with was delightful. No jobsworth nonsense and the driver was friendly, extremely helpful and superbly precise in his manoeuvring. I was going to sell the vehicle privately and of course I would have got more money, but these people just made it so easy and took a weight off my shoulders. I would definitely recommend them.
