We needed to change our alarm and were recommended to AAI. From first contact, to the survey and quote and then the installation these guys have been nothing but helpful and proactive. I called them a couple of weeks after the install because I kept getting an error code and they diagnosed that we needed a signal booster. This was installed the following day and there was no charge. Whenever I call them the phone is answered within 5 rings and everyone is friendly and helpful. This is just as important as having great engineers because if you have a problem you want someone pro active and helpful to deal with. Their pricing seems to be very fair and our service contract is considerably less than we were quoted by another company which was not even an NSI registered company. Every member of the team that we have had contact with has been kind and helpful and incredibly attentive to the fact we have dogs and they’ve made sure the dogs have never been allowed to escape. I would recommend AAI to anyone looking for a professional yet personal alarm company.
