Having had a mis-understanding with the courier service, I wish to revoke the text below. AALabels have proved first class in their customer care. Furthermore, I had an apology from ParcelForce for the confusion and inconvenience caused. We are all friends again!! I have not used the labels yet but they are exactly as I had hoped for. J. B. Unfortunately I haven't received my labels yet! Parcelforce emailed to tell me that it would be delivered today, 'between 00.00 and 00.00". I expected such a small parcel to be posted through the mail box but no, nor was a card left. Their website suggested the address was difficult to find. I have asked for a new delivery day on Wednesday. Parcelforce is, unfortunately, not Royal Mail who know every house in the country.
