We bought a single chair over the Christmas period, and took it straight away from the store. Unfortunately it was missing the bolts to add the legs, and as we live some way away returning to pick them up would be tricky; but on calling the shop they were only too happy to post them on straightaway, and my daughter is very pleased with her new chair. This sort of service is what makes the difference - thanks!
