Well mannered and excellent service whilst having the tow bar fitted at home.
After fitting the tow bar I then bought a bike carrier to go on the tow bar (not bought from A&S although they do sell them), which did not fit. I tried to get hold of A&S as it seemed I needed a slightly different tow bar ball. After visiting their site, everything was sorted in no time. Excellent help and service.
