Great choice of machines and payment options which is good. Very helpful over the phone.
I've dropped one star only because it's extremely difficult to send a sewing machine back if needed.
Make sure you do your research and reach out for advice on the type of machine that would best suit your needs (not like me that didn't do this)
I ordered a machine that's not suited for my needs and most delivery companies will NOT accept it if you need to send it back..I know this is not the sewing studios fault.
