Things can and do go wrong, boxes get damaged or lost in the post and even sometimes a box might not even get sent. This is when you really find the quality of the Wise Bartender team, who are excellent (above and beyond excellent) in correcting and sorting issues very effectively. During these times communication is fast prompt, helpful and very polite. Of course, usually, everything works without a hitch, fast friendly and I enjoy receiving my order. I have been with Wise Bartender a while now, and had quite a few orders. What makes me feel happy is that I know 'if' (and it is rare) something goes wrong, it will be no stress or hassle for Wise Bartender to resolve and fix. That more than anything makes me feel like a valued (and supported) customer. Thank you to everyone there. :)
