People be aware, my parcel was picked up 10 days late then after 2 weeks I was told that I didn't attached some paper work which I did and they told me that i am lying then i asked them to return the item back to me after they said corrier refused to send the item and now they want to charge me 20 pounds then They Said they gone keep half of the amount that i paid which is 100 pounds (my parcel was international) and when I had a chat (don't even try to find their phone number they don't have a phone number) They Said it's my fault my problem.......so I don't know where my parcel is, and they kept my money and I should pay another 20 pounds ....I lost my money my reputation my time and they don't give a st....at all so people be aware
