They gave me a quote for a parcel collection and return to Amazon. I measured the parcel accurately and used the weight on the package that had been delivered to me. I did this in good faith and assumed the weight was correct. They have now taken an extra £76 out of my account without notifying me until after they had taken the money as they said I had given them the wrong dimensions. It is impossible to contact them as they have no phone number and in order to take part in a customer service chat you have to open an account with them. I have no opportunity to dispute this with them and this is a lot of money to charge for a parcel delivery service on top of my original payment to them. Total scam. Do not use.
