Please avoid this company. They offer reasonable rates but then a week later they say your parcel was heavier than it was. I got charge additional £77.00 . I had the parcel weighed at the post office and the supplier of the item I was returning confirmed the weight. They take your money off your card , and then send an email to say so, so you have no way of stopping it . CRAFTY PLEASE AVOID I WOULDNT WANT THIS TO HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELES.
