It is a completely crooked company. They never picked up the parcel on the day I booked it for. They then rescheduled it to a day I wasn't at home and mixed up further dates. They claimed that the parcel would arrive with the recipient in 5 working days but it took it 2 weeks. Then, 3 weeks later, they unlawfully charged me £47 claiming that the size and/or weight was not as I declared, which was a complete lie. Weight was actually 0.7 kg below my declared weight and sizes were spot on. Obviously they never provided any proof to their claims. They are absolute crooks. Stay away from them, otherwise they will steal your money.
