Collected 4 chairs from Harveys on 19/8/19 and when putting them together the bolts were too big and split one of the chair legs. I have not heard from them and it is now over 3 weeks and their customer complaints extension number is 'unobtainable'.
Customer service is rubbish if you have a problem - my order number is A6971913
