Ordered a sofa bed in July from the store in Macclesfield they decided to deliver on the 19th of November when it came it was damaged so we sent it back then spoke to customer services the same day they said they would call me the next day still waiting tried to call customer services again can not get in touch with them so phoned the store they said nothing to do with them very poor service will not buy anything else from them and will not recommend any one else go there to buy anything asked for money back they said they can’t give it back very very very poor people to deal also they expect you on the phone line for up to two hours
