Dreadful! I have been doing dropshipping export sales for the past ten years and usually work with excellent companies who accommodate my needs perfectly. This company agreed to not charge VAT when I arranged my own export courier but after the order was placed, demanded the VAT payment and have refused to refund it after proof of export was provided thereby wiping out my profit. Thanks for nothing!
