“I just ordered a Rotar Porsche 993 and it took 3 weeks with no contact. When I opened a chat with them they said they didn't know when the shipment was and didn't know anything. Because I'm a trade buyer. So, I sent a cancellation email. I still haven't received a reply, and I can't confirm that it's been cancelled. Then after one min Kev Canham ASSISTANT TRADE MANAGER email me " I have checked your order and the parts are correct for the VIN" Are you really doing business?”

“Get a remap not a ga plus box is my advice no noticeable difference Well be aware!bought a ga plus off this lot for boxster 2.7 na after doing the 120 kilometres run in time TWICE as Steve said I may have no done it right!m 50 had more rempas than hot dinners unit made no noticeable difference!rang and spoke to guy called Steve says he has one makes a little difference on his cayman but won’t feel like a massive gain ok so said will send back for refund packaged it up better than when received guess what sent via Royal Mail first class recorded then told warehouse staff told them it’s damaged ! Damaged ?destroyed you mean looking at packing the labels don’t even have a crease in them!yet the module was in pieces!not saying the warehouse staff accidentally damaged it when opening wink wink lol but learn a lesson pay for special delivery with £500 insurance cover because these lot not interested go get a remap is my advise I will be posting my results on all Porsche forums to save others the hassle!got pictures but can’t add them for some reason So I now have opened an investigation as surely the post should be opened by reception not warehouse staff?The Royal Mail tracker shows a mad signature says TL1!so the warehouse staff must deal with the postman?and open all the letters?that box is not crushed on the sides the module looks like a hammer has smashed it to bits so let’s see what the postman says about this because I will not allow this situation to go until I know what really happened”

“They are LIARS and TIME WASTERS! They do not have the parts that their website will let you buy, and they cannot get them. I ordered a radiator over 2 weeks ago which I urgently needed, and after a couple of days with no notification I phoned to be told that it would be a two week wait. After two weeks with no radiator I phoned again to be told that it would take another week. When I asked why, they phoned back to tell me that they couldn't get this radiator at all. (a radiator that is still available to purchase on their website) This is clearly not an isolated incident as other people have had the same complaint. (here, and people I've spoken to in person) Fortunately I work in the classic car trade and I will be advising every porsche owner I know not to use this dreadful company.”

“Dreadful! I have been doing dropshipping export sales for the past ten years and usually work with excellent companies who accommodate my needs perfectly. This company agreed to not charge VAT when I arranged my own export courier but after the order was placed, demanded the VAT payment and have refused to refund it after proof of export was provided thereby wiping out my profit. Thanks for nothing!”

“So-called “Fuchs” Wheels are made in China and subsequently car can not be registered in Germany and Austria despite having been issued with an apparent TÜV certificate which does not match the origin. Material is inferior, a little salt off the winter roads pitted and corroded the same. Buy original Fuchs Wheels if you want to be save and have your car registered on the Continent”

“Appallingly, shockingly bad customer service. I would give zero stars if it were possible to do so. I ordered an exchange right side brake caliper for a 944, they sent me the left side, not once but TWICE. It took TWO MONTHS for them to send the correct part, during which my vehicle was unusable as I'd returned the exchange item to them. I repeatedly requested a substantial discount to go some way towards compensating for the loss of use due to their error. They just blamed their supplier, and washed their hands of any responsibility to me, their customer. I emailed their sales manager several times. He repeatedly blamed their supplier for the problem. So I both emailed and wrote a letter to their managing director with a fully detailed description of the whole sorry saga. He hasn't had the decency to reply to either. As a result of this total lack of concern for me, their customer, my personal recommendation is not to use Design911 if there is any alternative.”
