I bought this as a gift for my husband, a runner, who costs a fortune in sports massage and in my time massaging his legs. So far my husband says he has felt a real difference in the ache in his thighs and shins, from a pain relief perspective this is a big win. The unit is easy to operate and easy to hold - I am quite little so the fact I can use this with ease is a real benefit. I don’t really enjoy massage usually but even I like the varying degrees this applies pressure. I totally love the changeable parts and have used the foot massage myself.. I’d like to say to help my arthritis but actually just because it’s really rather pleasant!!
