So far, I've found that the battery lasts for a long time at high intensity, the gun is light and easy to manipulate, and the range of intensity is wide enough that I can use it in the upper parts of the neck without causing discomfort. We are in our late 40s but do a lot of sports (football, running, weight training, HIIT) and have noticed that we get more knots and aches and pains after intense exercises. We use a foam roller and trigger point balls but this gun is like the next step as it helps with blood flow and you can actually feel how everything loosens up after you use it, like when you get a massage. We specially like that has 20 speed settings so can accommodate intensity accurately. It is 4 people using it in our family (older teenagers do weight training) so it would have been nice that it had had a longer battery life (3 hours), but that is just because it is 4 of us using it daily. Overall very happy with our purchase, I am sure it will save us more that one trip to the physio”

“I bought this as a gift for my husband, a runner, who costs a fortune in sports massage and in my time massaging his legs. So far my husband says he has felt a real difference in the ache in his thighs and shins, from a pain relief perspective this is a big win. The unit is easy to operate and easy to hold - I am quite little so the fact I can use this with ease is a real benefit.
