I pre-ordered a track top on 15th June and had to ring to ask when I could expect as the advert stated it would be shipped 30th June. The lady was polite but stated that she could give me no indication of when it would be received from the makers to ship to me. I note that particular track top advert now indicates 31st July.
Is it beyond the realms of reasonableness to check with the manufacturers when we can expect to receive our pre-ordered items. £69 up the swanee!!!!
