Waited 8 weeks for install. Wrong size cherry picker sent so then had to wait more weeks for the right one to be sent.
Installed July 4th
Less than a MB speed and virtually impossible to connect the day after. Rang up on the 5th, told 24-48 hours engineer would call.. low and behold this never happened.
I rang up again on the Saturday and was told a cherry picker would need to be sent again (we’ve spent 5 weeks in total waiting on cherry pickers) so can’t wait for Monday when she said she would ring me back as it can’t be booked over a weekend.. not holding my breath
Internet speed test sometimes showing what’s promised but then just consistently drops for hours at a time. Literally the day after install no internet.
Fortunately I demanded a 6 month probation period before signing up where we could leave at any point within that 6 months if we weren’t happy - that was the deal to get me on board.
I WILL be excercising this.
Absolutely shocking - also the 6ft pole looks a mess on top of the house.
