I have worked I this industry for 20 years and never spoken to a more inept company.
Dozens of calls to try and get setup, endless empty promises, rude sales staff that hang up on me.
Direct debits setup but they have no record of it and want my details again.
So I have cancelled, and believe I dodged a bullet
Under promise and over deliver guys, NOT the other way round.
Good luck I believe you are onto something good but really need to invest in your staff training and processes.
