Very poor customer service, they never tell you true picture when they are selling, as it is on air broadband, service depends on trees and if they grow internet will disappear.
Their agents on phone are very rude if you talk to them after you have committed to them. Stay away from them if at all possible.
There is no formal complaint mechanism either.
