Ali is a top man. From the very first conversation I had with him, I knew I was in very capable hands. I was so stressed when my Discovery broke down, after talking to Ali, I knew everything was going to be ok. I had messaged him on the Sunday evening, first thing Monday morning he was on the phone to me saying, not to worry, we can fix it. Picked it up that day, and sent photos of it when it arrived. Ali talked me through the whole process of rebuilding the engine, sending me photos every step of the way.
